Our sales team has years of experience and exceptional knowledge of the industry, brands and products across all categories. Our expertise stems from extensive professional experience - both in trade and retail - combined with first-hand practical knowledge of using CELSUS products ourselves.
We are uniquely positioned to deliver added value to our existing customers by advising on new products to compliment their existing offering. Moreover, working in partnership with our marketing & social media team, the sales team actively seeks new business for our brand partners. We are a service and quality-driven company and our growing sales team – both inbound and outbound – is dedicated to delivering first-class customer service to our customers.
Benefitting from years of tenure in the industry and first-hand experience of our products, our Technical team has full and detailed understanding and practical knowledge of our entire product range.
We are on hand to offer dedicated telephone and email support for our trade customers and can assist with product evaluation, after sales warranty and service support, product installation and product training. We are experienced problem solvers, well equipped to design bespoke solutions where required.
Additionally, our Technical Department is responsible for testing and evaluating each Celsus product before it reaches the customer.
CELSUS handles B2B B2C marketing and social media management in-house for several of our brands (JL Audio, KICKER, Dynamat) and we engage a specialist marine industry PR and marketing agency for our Marine clients. We tailor marketing materials to specific territories, often adapting material from American or Far Eastern suppliers to meet the needs of UK and European markets.
Additionally we support our retailer network and drive consumers to their business; we create bespoke marketing material to assist our retailers with sell-through, including in-store point of sale literature and demo stands, produced under the retailers’ own branding where required. We also capacity-build by providing product information sheets for staff training and guidelines on marketing and social media, for example ‘How To Build An Instagram Channel’.
We brought in an Operations specialist to ensure a highly efficient warehouse team that operates out of our 10,000 sq. ft. warehousing and office space. We hold ISO 9001 certification, a quality management standard that demonstrates we deliver a consistently high level of service. For many of our customers, this provides a standard they recognise and trust, and we have been consistently awarded International Distributor of the Year by JL Audio.
Our expert Finance & Office Manager strategically structures and oversees the day-to-day running of our office to best support our partners. Our team is efficient and personable and we maintain good relationships with our customers, listening to their needs and offering a degree of flexibility where required.
